Batch management

Decide exactly which students see which courses.

Group students into batches, then grant each batch access to the courses meant for it. Cohorts stay organized, access stays predictable, and every student sees only what their batch unlocks.

How access flows

From cohort to course, in three steps.

Access always follows the same path — admins build the batch, teachers grant the course, students see exactly what they should.

  1. 01

Admin creates a batch and adds students

Group learners into a named cohort — by intake, exam track, or program. Each student belongs to one batch, so the roster is always unambiguous.

  2. 02

Teacher grants the batch access to a course

On any course, a teacher ticks the batches that should see it. Nothing is open by default — access is something you grant, not something you take back.

Students see only their batch’s courses

Each student’s library shows just the courses their batch unlocks. No stray content, no confusion about what to enroll in — and staff still see everything.

All courses your batch has access to — Diya sees Mechanics and Calculus Intensive, nothing from other tracks.

Ways teams use batches

One model, many ways to organize.

Batches are flexible enough to mirror however your institute already thinks about its students.

Cohorts by intake or exam

Spin up a batch for each year, board, or exam track — JEE, NEET, foundation — and keep their courses cleanly separated.

Paced, staggered release

Grant the same course to different batches on different schedules, so each group moves at the pace you set.

Run many programs at once

Several concurrent programs share one platform without students ever bumping into another program’s material.

Onboard with email invites

Invite students by email before they sign up — they land straight into the right batch the moment they join.

One batch per student

Every learner sits in exactly one batch, so there’s never a question about which access a student actually has.

Seat-aware by design

Adding students respects your plan’s seat limits, so headcount and billing stay in sync as batches grow.

For institutes and admins

Why batches are the point.

Open access to everything gets messy fast. Batches replace it with selective, organized distribution you can reason about.

Access is predictable

Course visibility is explicit, not accidental. Students never stumble into material meant for another cohort, and staff always know who can see what.

Teachers stay in control

Each course names the batches that can access it. Granting and revoking takes a single checkbox — no tickets, no admin round-trips.

It scales with you

Add new intakes, programs, or exam tracks as batches without restructuring courses. The same access model holds from one cohort to fifty.
